A Vision for Personalized Behavioral Therapy
Social Circle ABA was founded by Bayla Lichter Ms. ED, BCBA who has been providing behavioral therapy for over 12 years. Her vision is for every child to get the best therapy for their individual needs which include: having experienced BCBAs who understand what each child should work on, pairing the right therapist for each child, and giving them a supporting environment to grow and flourish.
We encourage parental input and always are in close communication with parents to monitor the progress outside of the sessions.

Bayla Lichter, MS. ED., BCBA, LBA
Owner/Founder
Bayla Lichter is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Bayla Received her Masters in Early Childhood Education from Mercy College, NY in 2012, and completed her BCBA coursework at the Florida Institute of Technology in 2013.
Prior to opening up her own company, Bayla worked as the Director of Behavioral Services in an ABA center after working as a clinical supervisor for multiple ABA providers across Northern New Jersey. In addition, she has also provided consultation and ongoing supervision focused on classroom based behavioral interventions for a number of school districts in New Jersey.
Bayla has over 14 years experience working in ABA and early intervention services in clinic, school, home, and community settings, with individuals between 1.5 to 21 years of age.

Yes! We accept Medicaid and most major insurances.
We require at least 10 hours per week to ensure meaningful progress. Consistency in following the established therapy schedule is very important.
Weekly direct therapy/treatment by an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)
Weekly parent training provided by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) for the family
Weekly supervision by the BCBA for the RBT
Weekly treatment planning, with the BCBA creating goals and materials for the RBT to implement
We offer center-based, in-home, and community-based services.
ABA therapy is covered by most insurances for individuals with an ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) diagnosis. Your financial responsibility depends on your specific insurance plan. We will inform you of your coverage and reimbursement details before starting services.
